 Mad Millie "The Art of Cheesemaking" Evening

The Mad Millie "Art Of Cheesemaking" evening will teach you how to make fabulous Cheeses from Natuaral ingredients.

Danielle Dixon from the last series of Masterchef will take you through the process and method from beginning to end, making 2 Cheeses on the night including Holloumi and a Cottage Cheese.

Also she will cook Eggplant Roll ups with Salsa Verde using some pre made Halloumi.

We'll do some tasting of Camembert and Blue Cheese and by the end of the night you'll be itching to try making some for yourself.
